Currently, the POLG Pathogenicity Prediction Server patient database consists of only cases published in scientific and clinical journals. In the future, we might expand the sources of our data to include patient cases from other reliable sources.

The POLG Pathogenicity Prediction Server is maintained by a group of academic researchers based in Michigan, USA and Tampere, Finland (program authors), and in Philadelphia, USA (web hosts). We are open to providing analyses of mutations found on suspected mitochondrial patients for research groups and medical centers through correspondence in exchange for anonymous patient data. We are also happy to be informed about new publications and eager to correct any errors or omissions that may exist in the data provided by the POLG Pathogenicity Prediction Server.
