MITOMAP: Reported Multiple mtDNA Deletions Within Individuals

Note:

Only deletions with sequenced breakpoints are included. Reported deletion junctions may be approximate due to the presence identical repeat sequences at the break points. Alternate junctions may be reported in the cited literature due to the inherent ambiguities of the direct repeats. Other reports of multiple deletions mapped within an individual have been published without specific sequence data for the deletion breakpoints.
